These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tommy Tech ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of our website and the software development services we provide.
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Tommy Tech provides custom software development services including, but not limited to, web development, mobile applications, cloud infrastructure, AI integration, and business automation.
The specific scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement shall take precedence.

Upon receipt of full payment for a project, Tommy Tech assigns to the client all intellectual property rights in the custom deliverables created specifically for that project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delays caused by failure to meet these responsibilities may affect project timelines and costs.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project or agreement.
We will not disclose your business information, project details, or data to any third party without your prior written consent, except as required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tommy Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any project deliverable.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Tommy Tech in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable project agreement. Upon termination:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Haifa, Israel.
We encourage resolving disputes amicably. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can seek a mutually acceptable resolution.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
For active project engagements, material changes to Terms will be communicated directly to the client.
